Tea Party Palin

Sarah Palin wants the Tea Party and the Republican Party to join forces for the upcoming elections. She talked about it last night on Fox News, where she is a political contributor.

From the Talking Points Memo's Live Wire:

Fox's Greta Van Susteren asked if tea party candidates would end up siphoning votes from GOP nominees, or if the movement will "merge with the Republican Party."

"They need to merge," Palin said. "Definitely, they need to merge. I think those who are wanting the divisions and the divisiveness and the controversy -- those are the ones who don't believe in the message. And they're the ones, I think, stirring it up."

There has been some splintering within the Tea Party movement, with several groups boycotting the National Convention in Nashville, Tennessee. One of the complaints is that the convention is too expensive. Many have pulled out of the convention, including Michelle Bachmann. But Sarah Palin told Greta Van Sustern that she is not pulling out. She also said she would donate her speaking fee right back to the movement.

Here she is on Fox:

How can the GOP possibly merge with the Tea Party movement? We stand for responsible spending. Bush and the Republican clowns were more irresponsible than anyone in the history of this country--maybe the world. They ran up trillions in debt in just 8 years.

I'm not wild about Obama either, but at least he has some excuse. He inherited Bush's mess. BTW, Reagan was the all-time deficit king before Bush came along.

Here we are in Sarah Palin fantasy land. She accuses Obama of lying about the Supreme Court's campaign finance ruling. So if corporations are "persons" as the Supreme Court five believe, and money = speech, as they believe, and the government can't restrict corporations' "free speech rights," how is it lying to say that they have opened the floodgates to a sea of corporate cash???? Sarah Sarah. You and Hannity are truly deluded--at best--pathological liars at worst.

Sarah was Right

Representatives Michele Bachmann of Minnesota and Marsha Blackburn of Tennessee, said that appearing at the [Tea Party] convention, scheduled for next week in Nashville, might conflict with House ethics rules. These are two good people with their heads screw on right but they are not free to go ‘Rogue’.
Bachmann and Blackburn are elected officials and have to follow some rules. Sarah is a free agent, just as she explained when she turned over her undervalued position as a Governor.
Now! She dictates the terms and doesn’t have to follow the rest of the sheep.

Sarah,

Are you going to call John McCain out for his left wing, liberal, RINO-CINO, anti-American, pro-Mexican, pro-illegal alien/immigrant/immigration legislation,

that he co-wrote and sponsored with left wing liberal Democrat Ted Kennedy?

Here's an outline of the 2007 drafted and submitted proposed legislation:

The left leaning, liberal, and anti-American-pro-Mexican Kennedy-McCain Immigration Reform/Amnesty Bill was drafted in 2007.

Luckily for all patriotic Americans the bill was defeated in the US House in that same year, but can still always be pushed by RINO-CINO John McCain, left leaning liberal RINO Lindsey Graham, Barak Obama, Nancy Pelosi, etc, etc. as long as he's serving in the US Senate.

The heavily pushed and proposed Kennedy-McCain bill in 2007 had a very costly projected $$$ 3-5 trillion $$$ ( it would have ended up costing more like $$$ 7-10 trillion $$$ ) cost for US taxpayers over 20 years.

That would have given the estimated 11,000,000 illegal/aliens/immigrants in the US at the time, Amnesty and the fast track to US Citizenship, immediately!

With only a 24 hour background check for each illegal required.

Plus any amount more of them on top of the 11,000,000 estimated amount, that actually were in the US at the time that the bill was drafted.

For example, after passing the bill if there were actually 20,000,000 illegal alien/immigrants who came out of the woodwork in the US,

to sign up for the Kennedy-McCain Amnesty/fast track to US Citizenship program, and not just

the estimated 11,000,000 at that time, they would have all according to the bill that they drafted and pushed hard for,

been eligible for the Amnesty and fast track to US Citizenship program too, and the cost of the bills program would have then been more like $$$ 7-10 trillion $$$ over 20 years!

They would have also been able to bring 1,000,000's more of their relatives to the US as their legal US guest residents.

There families and relatives from their home countries would have been eligible for all kind of visiting rights and entitlements.

The entitlements that they would have got would be through the roof!

Here's somemore about this problem:

Currently All children born within U.S. borders to illegal/aliens/immigrants are automatically US citizens.

As such, these children are potentially eligible for all US welfare benefits from the moment of birth through the rest of their lives.

Under current law, when US-born children of illegal immigrants turn 21, they can petition the government to grant their illegal/alien/immigrant parents legal permanent residence,

thereby conferring an automatic path to welfare entitlements and citizenship upon the parents (hence the term "anchor baby").

The popular concept of "birthright citizenship"—that anyone born in the United States is automatically a US citizen—is historically and legally inaccurate and ought to be corrected by Congress.

Regardless, this backdoor path to citizenship for illegal alien/immigrant parents should be closed.

Sarah if you want to be accepted as a Conservative Republican than you should get John McCain to renounce his his own drafted proposed legislation from 2007 as outlined above,

if you're going to campaign for him against two real Conservative Republicans in the Arizona US Senate primaries who are totally against such;

left wing, liberal, RINO-CINO, anti-American, pro-Mexican, pro-illegal alien/immigrant/immigration legislation!

Just listened to Sarah talking about how Obama had shown a lack of respect for the Supreme Court--after they gave the corporations the right to pour money into campaigns without restrictions. The Supreme Court has shown that it cares nothing for the Constitution and deeply cares for corporate control of America--and Sarah has shown us whose side she's on.

Good luck, Jeff. The GOP is totally under the control of the corporate elite. They think of the government not as something to serve people, but as a feeding trough for themselves. Elle Leet,

These days, patriotism comes cheap. A few references to the Constitution, a bow to the Founding Fathers, and tons of TV exposure with the $$ from the most corrupt of corporate execs, and you have a Patriot fit for the White House.

Merge? No way. The T.E.A. Party needs to REPLACE the Republican party or take it over, kicking the progressives in the party to the curb.

Also, I wish people would do their homework in attributing the deficits of Reagan & Bush43...they both were fighting wars (Reagan - Cold War, Bush43 - Iraq & Afghanistan). The progressives (mainly on the left, but also on the right) loaded up bills for defense with pork. Remember, CONGRESS controls the purse strings. Granted, the Republicans (during Bush43) spent money like drunk sailors, but they still don't hold a candle to the democrats.

The choice was to veto the bills or not. Reagan drove the (now defunct) USSR into bankruptcy. Russia now preaches the failures of communism. That's an expenditure of tax dollars I have a hard time criticizing.

We saw Saddam hanged and a democratic government elected during Bush43's administration. Again, not such a bad thing...but, is that truly our concern?

In a perfect world, we would recall ALL of our troops from foreign soil, wherever they may be stationed, and tell other countries to "fend for themselves" and only kick their asses when they directly screwed around with us. But you and I both know we live in a world which is FAR from perfect. Sometimes the only way to ensure our security & prosperity is to be pre-emptive in the face of openly hostile entities (islamic terrorism, economic matters, etc).

As for the Surpremes opening campaign contributions to include corporations, I say "That's fine and dandy unless unions are also booted from the process." EVERY recent instance of election fraud has been attributed to leftist progressives (democrats & unions) so, until unions are purged from contributing, I'm fine with corporations being allowed to do so.

Granted, I'd MUCH rather see both entities shut out of the process and leave it only to those who can cast a vote.

Only when the Republican masses realize what is a RINO-CINO will there be hope for the USA, but it must be soon or it will be too late.

Real Conservative Republicans have learned this lesson all to well, now it's time for it to spread like wildfire to all Republicans and Independents now.

Independents and Real Conservatives don't judge all Republicans by the RINO-CINO's anymore. We want nothing more than to be rid of them, but they are entrenched in power and have a lock on getting reelected because of their big Corporate $$$ sponsorship.

We must not give up on the Republican Party, for someday the Real Conservatives will start to really win in most of the primaries, as more and more of the Republican masses learn about what is a RINO-CINO and the terrible things that they have done to this country!

All the way using the Anti-American leftists, liberals, and Democrats as a reason or excuse to vote for them, while they rob, pillage, loot, and burn down our economy, national security and sovereignty, borders, society, and language, and culture.

All so that they can rake in the profits by the 100's of trillions of $$$ since 1980!

We have no choice but to transform the Republican Party to consist of Real Conservative politicians, because forming a 3rd party will only split the vote thereby giving the even worse leftist-liberal-Democrats exactly what they want and need to win!

Don't get me wrong the Democrats are much worse than the RINO-CINO's. But they're really both just two sides of the same coin.

Both parties will give us the same results. But the Democrats would bring about the US's demise and destruction in a much faster and more hopeless way.

The RINO-CINO'S would give us the same results but at a slower pace, because their party members will fight their betrayals every step of the way!

So forget about 3rd parties, that will just assure more Democratic victories than we could bear!

Just keep up the heavy pressure within the Republican Party and don't let up, so that they have to in one way or another finally accept and carry out the US peoples call, for our Republican leaders to be mostly Real Conservatives,

and to do away with the RINO-CINO type activity within the Republican Party!

Here is an article showing exactly why RINO-CINO George Bush the widely admitted as having screwed up big time, but still somewhat defended because of the so many propagandized misrepresentations of his so called defense of the US.

Some of his rediculous major trouble causing policies are still a part of the current mainstream Republican politicians platform and the voters don't realize it enough yet.

Even thgough he was a worthless RINO-CINO who did nothing good for this country, especially when he had a majority in both houses of Congress from 1/1/05-1/1-07

I'll give him credit for his first 1-2 years in office and that's it!

At least His Supreme Court picks were Conservative. I suspect that He did that just as the one needed major domestic political move/stage tactic to cover his true hidden pro-US-Foreign-Big-Oil-$$$-Corporate-$$$-agenda.

So as to come off as a Conservative Republican, to keep his approval rating within an acceptable range long enough,

to be able to get through both of his terms. While carrying out his hidden pro-US-Foreign-Big-Oil-$$$-Corporate-$$$-agenda, and doing all of the damage that he did at the same time!

I will say that the image that he and his family portrayed was a decent Conservative one, so most people are mostly influenced by that major factor!

But the reality is that he was in it for the $$$ and power without you ever suspecting a thing, even until today!

Everything that you've seen from and/or about him was all a portayed image as to who he was and what he was doing for the US and for all of us.

In reality what you saw was just his personality shining through,
while reading a script,

WillRealConservativesWinThePrimaries said...

so that you'd stay on his side all the while, as all of the fake phony fraud actions continued unabated!

It was all smoke and mirrors, using all conflicts, turmoils, and controversies as national distractions while the real secret hidden, and behind the scenes; robbing, looting, and pillaging went on unabated all the while.

And we get duped everytime without even a clue, and that's why they do it, because the masses haven't got a clue to what's really going on!!!

And that's why they feel that they're better than us and that they and we both deserve what we're both getting, them for being so damn smart and us for being so naive, gullible, and moronicly stupid!

We must all follow the Real Conservative and Tea Partier types lead. Forget about the RINO'S who try to cozy up to the Tea Partiers for their support, unless they make it clear out in the open,

that they give up, give in, renounce their RINO-CINO ways, and starting now will change completely to being Real Conservative Republicans!

Pay attention to this article;

October 27, 2006

WASHINGTON — Legislation authorizing 700 miles of fencing along the southern U.S. border was signed into law by President Bush on Thursday in a ceremony that underscored Republican divisions over immigration policy and left unanswered whether the entire barrier would be built.

Flanked by House Majority Leader John A. Boehner (R-Ohio) and other Republicans who blocked his bid for a broader overhaul of immigration law, Bush used the opportunity to push back. "We have more to do," the president said during the low-key event.

Promises by GOP leaders to alter the law when Congress reconvenes after the Nov. 7 election --

[[[ in addition to a lack of funding set aside for the fence ]]]

-- have cast doubt on how much of it ultimately will be built.

Changes to the measure would probably include giving local governments and private property owners the chance to raise objections over the fencing's location.

Bush did have words of praise for the fence bill, calling it

"an important step toward immigration reform."

Now pay close attention to what Bush really wanted;

[[[ But he made clear that he opposed the enforcement-only position taken by the House and favored instead the approach embraced by the Senate:

tougher border security and work-site enforcement combined with a guest worker program and a

"path to citizenship for an undtermined amount of the nation's estimated 12 million illegal immigrants." ]]]

[[[ In mid-May 06, President Bush took center stage with a prime-time speech calling for a "path to U.S. citizenship for illegal immigrants and a guest worker program." ]]]

[[[ That's exactly what Reagan did in 1986. He amnestycised/citizenised aproximately 3 million illegal aliens/immigrants with the promise of much stricter border security and the stopping of US employers from hiring illegal aliens/immigrants, both of which were never enforced! ]]]

Bush said he looked forward to working with Congress on finding a "rational middle ground" between granting automatic citizenship to illegal immigrants and launching "a program of mass deportation."

He also said, "We must reduce pressure on our border by creating a temporary worker plan."

[[[ In mid-May, President Bush took center stage with a prime-time speech calling for a path to U.S. citizenship for illegal immigrants and a guest worker program. ]]]

Some GOP leaders had pressed a reluctant White House for the signing ceremony so that as the November 06 elections near, Republicans could promote the fence bill as an accomplishment, party aides said.

"House and Senate Republicans ... will stop the hemorrhaging along our nation's borders," said a statement by Senate Majority Leader Bill Frist (R-Tenn.) and House Speaker J. Dennis Hastert (R-Ill.).

WillRealConservativesWinThePrimaries said...

The House Republican leadership, in particular, views the fence not only as a needed security improvement,

but also as a powerful political statement that will win support for the party.

=========================

Mexican officials have harshly denounced the fence plan, and they continued their criticism Thursday.

Walls don't resolve anything; it's a grave error," said President-elect Felipe Calderon, who was traveling in Canada.

Calderon, due to be sworn in Dec. 1, added: "It would be more useful to the progress of our countries to build a kilometer of highways in Zacatecas or Michoacan than to build 10 kilometers of wall in Arizona."

Mexican President Vicente Fox termed the measure "an embarrassment for the United States." Commenting during a visit to Cancun, Fox said:

"It's an example of the inability of the United States to see the issue of immigration as one of shared responsibility."

========================

The fence's advocates in Congress have countered that their first responsibility is to ensure the integrity of the U.S. border. There are currently about 90 miles of fencing along the southern border, including 14 miles in the San Diego area.

The new law contains detailed instructions for "at least two layers of reinforced fencing" around Tecate and Calexico, Calif., and across vast stretches of Arizona, New Mexico and Texas.

Money poses another potential problem for the fencing. Cost estimates range from $3 million to $10 million per mile, for a total price tag of at least $2.1 billion

-- and perhaps much higher -- before maintenance costs. The bill Bush signed, while authorizing the fencing, includes no money for it.

A separate budget measure for the Homeland Security Department provides $1.2 billion for border security that Republicans have referred to as the,

"first installment" for the fencing. But that money can be allocated as Homeland Security Secretary Michael Chertoff sees fit.

Agency officials have told Congress they would prefer 300 to 400 miles of fencing in areas where they believe it would be effective, and latitude to employ other security methods elsewhere.

"In urban areas, we've found that fencing is very effective; but in rural areas, sensors and other technology are more effective," said Homeland Security spokesman Russ Knocke.

Many Democratic lawmakers have expressed skepticism about the effectiveness of more fencing in significantly reducing illegal immigration.

They also said Thursday's bill signing spotlighted the GOP's failure to reach a consensus on other immigration-related issues.

=========================

"The President and this Congress had a historic opportunity to pass a tough but fair immigration reform plan this year, but instead that chance was squandered," said Sen. Edward M. Kennedy (D-Mass.).

Who tried to get his and John McCains left wing, liberal, anti-American, pro-Mexican, anti-US citizen, pro-illegal alien/immigrant/immigration, US $$$ bankrupting and culturally destroying

Kennedy-McCain Immigration Reform/Amnesty/US citizenship bill/legislation passed.

=========================

The bill mandates that Homeland Security establish "operational control" of the border in 18 months, although it does not precisely define that term. It also calls for the agency to study potential improvements to the Canadian border.

The fence bill that became law Thursday is the most tangible result of a public debate that sparked large protests in several U.S. cities and dominated much of this year's congressional session.

=========================

[[[ The House passed a bill in December 05 with a provision that would have made illegal immigration a felony. ]]]

[[[ Strong opposition to that provision among Latinos helped attract an estimated 1 million people to a rally in downtown Los Angeles in early March; similar demonstrations occurred elsewhere. ]]]

WillRealConservativesWinThePrimaries said...

[[[ In mid-May 06, President Bush took center stage with a prime-time speech calling for a path to U.S. citizenship for illegal immigrants and a guest worker program. ]]]

The Senate passed a bill following that approach. But luckily this time House Republican leaders expressed little interest in it. Congress settled on passing the fence bill in late September 06. The House approved it 283 to 138; the Senate vote was 80 to 19.

=============================

In the November 06 mid-term elections the Democrats took the US House and Senate.

In the middle of 07

It's a sad day after that speech, because to me it sounded like a republican spokesperson at the mic, not some "independent" tea party leader. The tea party sold out to the republican party. Unless Ron Paul can somehow take over the tea party instead (a true patriot), hope is lost.

She comes on and first talks about the "war on terror" (Fox talks about this about twice an hour, strange), then slowly gets into the issues that caused the tea party movement in the 1st place. Here's what Palin would have had to say to distinguish herself from being just another republican crook:

1) Push for the Audit the Federal reserve bill (Fed = the cause of most of our problems)
2) Push for another investigation into 9/11, cause there's so much proof out there and the govt keeps squashing this cause it's hiding the truth
3) She needs to talk about unsuspending habeas corpus
4) She needs to talk about bringing the troops home and getting out of the middle east all-together. We don't care about the damn Caspian Sea oil pipeline. It's not worth occupying and dying over.
5) I agree that we must stop this BS spending, but the republicans are "supposedly" concerned about that anyway.
