I will pray for Gov Mother Sarah Palin's safety, especially in Grand Rapids, since there are more islamists living in Grand Rapids than anywhere else west of Mecca. Let's hope Obama isn't in charge of security for that visit.

Why would the President be in charge of security for a private person? Hey according to you she has god watching over her. She doesn't need any more security than that.

Hey Hipple, She doesn't have the title Governor anymore. She's just a citizen.

As a former governor Palin does retian the title of Governor; always will unless she is elected to a higher post. Both anonymous comments are cowardly.

Sarah, you are rocking America. We have seen raging hatred from the left for NO REASON, except their difference of opinion. As a result, they are going to throw mud, used cars, tree stumps, rocks, and un-used hybrid cars at you. This reaction is proof that we have a strong voice of bold conservative principals. Go Sarah!!!!

Yawn. It proves something.

Sara Palin would make a wonderful President. I am sure she knows more about, how to run this conutry than the President we have now. I think she is a wonder person, wife mother and grandmother. I am sick and tired of the media, movie stars and all the liberials, running Sara and her family down. And if I were her, I would suie Levi Johnston for slander and the lies she continually tells on Sara and her family. By the way, I will be purchasing her Book, The Rouge. And If she runs in 2012 for President, I will vote for her.

Sarah Palin has more common sense and political savy than Polosi, Frank, and Obama (radical losers destroying this country)all put together.

Sarah Palin is an amazing woman. Smart, tough, dynamic, yet feminine. Compare her to the screeching b*****s that comprise most of the women in the media, and women in the Democratic party. All those women with no core principals. To them, abortion and gay rights are good, but Sarah Palin is bad. This country is very sick right now.
More reason why we need Sarah

For all you morons who don't know, any person elected to a position retains that title after their term.

Please come to Tennessee for a book signing, Nashville, Knoxville or Chattanooga.

I'd like an autographed copy of Governor Palin's book to raffle at the South Arbor Charter Academy's spring auction. We lost a half-million dollars in state funding this year, and our goal is to make up $50K of that loss.

Unfortunately it doesn't appear the Governor is going anywhere near Ann Arbor/Ypsilanti. If anyone knows how I might go about getting an autographed copy (we can give a charitable tax receipt for any expense), please contact me through the South Arbor blog: Thanks so much!

FROM CALIFORNIA...that's right we are not all screaming liberals. Sarah you are my biggest hero and role model. Thank you for being such an exemplary AMERICAN.Because of this I find it comical how afraid the left is of you. I don't blame you if you don't make it to California for a book signing, but if you do...just know you are loved in Sacramento.

Hey Hipple, Rev. Paul T:

Grand Rapids is as about as 'whitebread' as you can get. I believe when it comes to the "more islamists living in Grand Rapids than anywhere else west of Mecca" you are thinking of East Dearborn, a near suburb of Detroit, well over 150 miles away.

Sarah Palin is the best! I am amazed she is constantly in character, even Colbert can't do that. I can't decide which bit I like better, that the government better keep its hands where they belong- in our bedrooms, or her plan to kill off gays by convincing them they can not be in loving monogamous relationships and preventing the only form of health care reform that could result in curing chronic diseases such as AIDS (since we can all agree there's no financial incentive for private companies to find a cure for AIDS when they're raking in money on the drug cocktails).

C'mon people, Sarah Palin is the BEST thing that ever happened to the Democratic Party. Let her continue her quest, whatever it is.

Keith Huffman said...

After standing in line for hours in the cold and rain, Ms. Palin was unable to sign our books. In fact, even after we got the wristbands and waited until 9 pm at the Noblesville, IN signing event, about 400 people left with just a sticker with her name on it.

That is unacceptable. When you hand out 1000 wristbands, that is an obligation to sign the books for those people. If she couldn't do it in 3 hours, she should not have had that many wristbands handed out.

Let me start by saying that I admire Sarah Palin, voted to make her VP and would support her in a run for high office in 2012.

That said, I was astonished and dismayed to read the insane "Publisher's Event Guidelines" pertaining to her local appearance in Orange Park, Florida on 11/24/09.

I will not reprint them all, you go a day early, stand in line, the first 750 get admission to the actual event. If you are one of the lucky 750, you get a signature only (no personalization!), you may or may get in, blah, blah, blah.

I attended events with President George W. Bush on several occasions during his 2004 campaign and never heard of any such insane crap. He was always free with autographs and glad to personalize them. You didn't even have to buy a book.

I bring this up not to belittle Governor Palin but to point out that having stated repeatedly that she was handled badly by the McCain campaign managemers, she has now placed herself in the very same position with her publisher. These regulations, printed in a 4-color ad half-page ad in our local paper, are not the mark of a populist or even of someone who likes people very much. Since i find this hard to reconcile with the Governor's attitudes in her interviews and writings, I must attribute this tin-ear fiasco to the PR people at harper-Collins. But that disclaimer made, she should have the sense to abolish this nonsense at once. It makes no sense to go out to meet the public under restrictions even more bizarre than those required to get a look at Obama. Lighten up.

I read that NJ is not on the book signing schedule. is that true? I would love to get the book and be able to attend a signing.

You guys are ridiculous. She has got to be the dumbest low-denominator politician in this country. Didn't the previous election do enough to expose that? Wake up, people, stop getting brainwashed by FOX news.

Chad said...

Hey "anonomous" you are absolutely right. The last election proved that morons could elect morons like Obama in to office. These people never had the wits to critique a left leaning media, nor the know how to really research the issues. The result of that election is this total idiot in the presidential office, who can give a nice speech but is currently running America in to the ground with the greatest debt ever. Thats fact.

Are there any plans for Sarah Palin to visit California? I am the author/great-grandson of a new book (I won't advertise it here) on Soapy Smith whom she that she mentions on page 13 of her book. One detractor has used my research out of context in an article to "prove" her wrong and I had a few days of swapping correspondence with Alaska Dispatch writer, Craig Meldred on my Soapy Smith blog.

Anyway, I am neutral on Palin and would like to let her know that I can back up her Soapy blurb when and if she needs it. Would like to get her to sign one of my books which is why I ask about a California visit.

My name should link to me and my blog for contact.

I had the opportunity to meet Sarah at the book signing in SLC, UT. She and Todd were just as delightful in person as they are on tv. Our family has ties to Alaska via Charles Fairbanks the VP whom Fairbanks, Alaska was named after. I am grateful for Sarahs great spirit, forthrightness and willingness to help stop the corruption... Who is paying for her trips across the nation? GOP
The GOP stands for Governing Of the Prisons. They will govern those they throw into prison for Freedom Of Speech. The military should be very aware of the controls of the Government as they are a part of the control. not allowed to say or think with their own minds only those who control them or else face prison.

Guess I won't shop at B&N anymore.
If they have her who wants militarize our nation,I want no part.I guess my blogs won't show either.I do not want this Alaskan Idiot editing my voice

Who is wanting to militarize our nation??? Obama is firing top generals left and right to get those in position of authority that will, allegedly, fire upon U.S. citizens in the event of martial law. DHS, EPA, and IRS, among others, are accumulating more ammunition under Obama than any other administration in history, and what for??? They have amassed more ammunition than is used by the military during peace time. As for those calling Sarah Palin an idiot, you have watched too much SNL, faux news, like the Daily Show with Jon Stewart, and listen to the whiny leftist media, like Chris "Softball" Matthews and Nancy Grace, for just two examples, that have a hatred for anything GOP, even if, in the rare cases it does happen, the GOP espouses the same views as the liberals. I work for what I own, but the liberals want to take what I have and give it to low-life, low-informed voters to maintain their master of the minions standing. Enough is enough.
