I love it!!!
Oprah Winfrey, in all her arrogance, refused to have Sarah Palin on before the election. You remember the story, her staffers wanted Palin on after her electrifying speech to the Republican National Convention, but Queen Oprah said, "No!"
Oprah declared she would have no candidate on until after the election.
Of course, she already had Barack Obama on, fawned all over him, endorsed him and campaigned for him.
But in Oprah World, the Queen was doing the right thing.
Well, there is a new Queen in town. Queen Palin, the one everybody wants an interview with now. And guess what? She doesn't want to talk to YOU Oprah!
Oprah, of course, is now acting like a spoiled little brat. Much the same way David Letterman does when he doesn't get an interview.
Oprah is miffed that Palin did made an appearances on other US hosts Greta Van Susteren, Matt Lauer and Larry King’s shows to talked about her unsuccessful bid to reach the White House, but she ignored ‘The Oprah Show’ despite being invited.
Hell hast no fury like Oprah scorned!
Oprah says Palin will rue the day! She claims the Alaskan governor will be desperate to talk to her when she releases her memoirs.
"I said I would be happy to talk to Sarah Palin when the election was over... I went and tried to talk to Sarah Palin and instead she talked to Greta. She talked to Matt. She talked to Larry. But she didn't talk to me. Maybe she'll talk to me now that she has a (multi-million dollar) book deal,” Contactmusic quoted Oprah as saying.
Um, somehow I doubt it Oprah. I think you and David Letterman are on the same list as Kieth Olbermann and Bill Maher, as far as Sarah is concerned.
Have fun talking to Joe Biden. Book an extra half hour.
And Dave, enjoy Sarah Palin's interview on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno. I'm certain that's coming soon.

Well, it's Oprah's show, she can do as she pleases. That's one of the great things about this country.
If Palin really has her eyes on the White House in 2012 then she will eventually be on Oprah if she's smart.
Of course, I'm not implying she's smart.
