More on Sarah Palin's Accent

I have received a slew of emails about the Sarah Palin accent story.

Let me add a couple of more links.

TheSwamp attempted to explain the accent. Click here for the link.

The Slate also took a stab at it, but called it an "Alaskan Accent." Read more here.

William Labov, a professor of linguistics at the University of Pennsylvania even chimed in and also claimed "An Alaskan accent." Listen to the good professor on NPR.

But the Milaca Historical Society disagees with the good professor and make a strong case that the accent is from Minnesota. Read Karen Schenkler's article here.

Thanks for all your emails and posts. Hope this quenches your thirst for knowledge about Sarah's way of talkin'.
