To be able for her to spew her crap with "a smile and an easy attitude" makes me and 70% of Americans trust her LESS. If she wants to convince me she actually means and even better UNDERSTANDS what she is saying then act angry. This friendly, airy banter like criticism she blowing is totally unconvincing.
