Sarah Palin to Appear on Saturday Night Live

It looks as if Sarah Palin will make an appearance on Saturday Night Live.

The campaign is trying to figure out the best way to respond to the skits where Tina Fey does a dead on impression.

Sarah Palin has been having fun with it. She scribbled "I'm not Tina fey" on a fans cell phone in Minnesota. She has also told staffers that she plans to dress up as Tina Fey for Halloween.

Now there are some in the campaign who think Sarah Palin should make an appearance on the show and the Governor agrees.

This Saturday will be a rerun. But, SNL is doing a political prime time special this Thursday Night. The McCain campaign may put together a bit with Palin that mocks Tina Fey's American express ads like this one:

According to the Chicago Sun-Times, Palin could also make an appearance on the show when it goes live again on October 18,just two weeks before the election.

Brilliant!

Good! Sarah has an incredible sense of humor, so she should do great!

I don't care if it is unpopular...Sarah Palin is my hero. She is not the typical smooth talking, Washington politician. She is a breath of fresh air.

And she can more than handle questions if the campaign will QUIT trying to tell her how she has to answer them for McCain's sake. She needs to just tell the truth and let the chips fall where they may.

Go Palin!!!

Oh yes, this will certainly endear her with the average Joe...remember him, 'ol 6-pack. She's going on probably THE most liberal program on all of television short of Keith Oberman. Real smart move. I don't think anyone realizes just how much damage can be done to her carefully orchestrated persona. This could be a complete disaster and she and her handlers aren't smart enough to see that.
