The Internet has been dripping with emails sliming Saah Palin. FactCheck.Org, an Independent Organization that plays truth referee in elections has been on top of it.
The site has an entire section called "Sliming Sarah Palin." You can see it by clicking here.
Here are some of the quick slimes and corrections.
Sarah Palin cut funding for special needs children. FALSE. In Fact, she tripled it.
Sarah Palin banned books from the Wasilla Library. FALSE
Sarah Palin wanted Alaska to secede from the Union. FALSE
Palin pushed for creationism to be taught in schools. FALSE
They have detailed records to support their findings and yet news pundits and Hollywood idiots still pass this stuff on as the truth.
Fact Check also found something interesting. All of the emails and all of the claims come from a woman named Anne Kilkenney. She has even been quoted in the Chicago Tribune and New York Times.
She is a democrat and claims Sarah Palin "hates her" because she rallied 100 people to protest in Wassila against censorship at the library.
FactCheck is invesigating to find about more about Kilkenney. A woman Named Cindy Kilkenney (not related) from a website called FairlyConservative.Com called and spoke with Anne, who has become an Internet legend (google her and see)
Here is Cindy's report on Anne. We'll call it Kilkenney investigates Kilkenney.

Sarah Palin banned books from the Wasilla Library. sorta TRUE
- Not the giant list that's going around the internet, but she wanted to remove a book about gay parenting - this is true and confirmed by the librarian Palin spoke to.
Sarah Palin wanted Alaska to secede from the Union. TRUE!!
Explain please why she attended the meetings then? She just went for the free coffee?
Palin pushed for creationism to be taught in schools.
- Too much proof showing this one is TRUE as well.
Very, very interesting how you leave no cited proof where she "tripled" the budget for special needs families. Is this you're own conjecture? Another incoherent rambling from the feverish imagination of another conservative? I believe so. You know, if you want thinking people to take you seriously, allow me to offer up some advice: When you want to offer up "facts" (in this case, "factoids") back it up with links (reputable please)! What's an opinion if it's not well informed? By the way, I live in Anchorage and not everyone here is so enamoured with her. It's beyond understanding though, that you've failed to look up her record, and if you have, you certainly haven't posted it. But...this is the modern conservative America. Knee-jerk reactions to stimuli around you. Opinions not based on facts, but on feelings. Strange how Dems are accused of being nuanced, intellectual (really didn't know that was a bad thing anyway) and worst of all, hypocrites. It seems to me that the conservatives are just fine living with contradictions. This of course is merely an observation. But please, lay into me with ad hominem attacks, more conjecture and more of that same ol' knee-jerk reaction we can all count on conservatives as having! Have a great day.
By the way, what evidence do you have of the "disenfranchised" Hillary voters going for Palin? This is the most laughable. But...as long as Rush and Hannity (an elitist who eats at Ruth's Chris Steakhouse!)say it, it must be true. The facts are, ahem, (sorry) and incovenient truth to them and their minions.
